Anxiety Workshop
"The journey to understand, regulate, and transform your relationship with anxiety."
What is it?
An 8-session clinical workshop designed to understand your anxiety from its root—not just momentarily calm it—and give you real tools to regulate it in your daily life.
This is not generic meditation or motivational quotes. It is a program that combines neuroscience, behavioral therapy (DBT and CBT), and existential psychology in a progressive method: first you understand what is happening to you and why, then you learn to regulate your body, and finally you build a meaningful life that sustains everything you have learned.
Who is it for?
- You feel like you live in survival mode: always on alert, never "enough".
- You carry the pressure of a world that feels increasingly uncertain and demanding.
- You identify with the feeling of giving more than you receive, without seeing results.
- You are paralyzed by the fear of making mistakes, not being competent, or disappointing others.
- You struggle to set boundaries, ask for help, or trust your support network.
- You are tired of "controlling" anxiety and want to learn to navigate it.
